Camping Introductory

Now I know what to say to yourself - I would like to camp, it sounds fun, but I have no clue how to camp, what to bring or what to expect. You must figure out a few things before determining what you need to do to prepare for your camping trip. Answers to the coming basic questions will guide you in finding your foot.

1. What kind of camping did you decide to do? Do you want an RV camp? Camper camp/trailer? Tent camp? Backpack/camp hiking? Canoe/kayak camp?

Deciding on the type of camping you want to do can help you determine the type of equipment and experience required. For example, you will need an entirely different kind of equipment for RV camping versus hiking camping.

Camping descriptions:

RV camping (or RV camping) is like living at home because you bring a furnished car that you live in with you. You can make a comfortable RV as you like. You can probably get everything you need from home in an RV. All you have to think about are the foods and personal items you want to store them in. This type of camp is generally intended for people who do not like to be "afraid of it" but may also want to be social as the RVs are often parked near each other or in similar sections. Although there are some regular maintenance items with the RVs, you park them and live in them.

Camping in a camper or trailer is just a step more rugged than RV camping. Often, campers or trailers do not have showers or toilets, unlike most RVs. Depending on the cart or trailer, a refrigerator may not be included as well. In general, camper or trailer camping is more for people who don't like sleeping on the ground or are worried about inclement weather but still want to get out there.

Camping in tents is usually more for people who want to "rough." Tent camping needs you to think about all of your fundamental needs ahead of time (food, hygiene, bathroom requirements, shelter, visibility at night, warmth). There are different levels of tent camping as well. Some people like to bring a tent and shop for all their needs while others want to camp in remote areas away from people. The preparation process for a tent camping trip can take a long time because you have to think about All you may need.

Backpacking or hiking is a bit more for experienced campers. Think about it. Whatever you think you'll need, you should be able to tie your back and carry it a long distance. You should be able to pack good luggage and pack light!
Canoe/kayak camping is a lot like hiking camping in packing, but you have to add another element. You have to be confident that everything is waterproof. Canoe/kayak camping will be more experienced and, of course, for people who know how to canoe and/or kayak.

Happy camping.
